Club Notes -1st October 2018
U11 Tournament
Our U11’s were invited to take part in the Paddy Whelan Cup on Sunday last. The tournament is an annual event hosted by Clonad GAA in Loais. After coming through the group stage unbeaten we played Clonkill in the final. Drumcullen went ahead with some early scores and led at half time, however Clonkill came back to take the lead mid-way in the second half by one point, but a brilliant finish ensured Drumcullen were the winners on the day with a score of 3-2 to 1-4.

Promoter’s prize went to Andrew Moore. Next Jackpot is €9,650 and team 3 is on rota next week.
