I’m a Celeb fundraiser
The club is delighted to announce a major fund raising event to help finance the development work currently underway at the grounds. The event is ‘I’m a Celeb Get Me Out of Here’ will be held on May 17th in the Tullamore Court Hotel. Much like the popular TV series the pre-registered contestants will become campmates for the night and will be put to the test in a variety of Bush Tucker Trials. Anyone interested in being a contestant on the night please call Toni Ryan on 085 1746665 or Joe troy.
Lotto
Numbers drawn on Saturday, 2nd February 2019 were 6, 8, 19, & 21. Jackpot winner -none. Match 3 numbers – two winners, each received €70. Billy Gath c/o Brian Gath, John Hanlon c/o Ger Gath. Promoter’s prize went to John Ryan. Next Jackpot is €4,300 and team 1 is on rota next week.
President’s Award
Anyone looking for tickets to The 2019 President’s Award ceremony where Mikey Spain is receiving a President’s award, please contact Dermot Horan 087 6887076. The event takes place in Croke Park on Friday, March 8th 2019, in the Hogan Suite. Guests are asked to be in attendance from 6.30pm for pre-dinner drinks. Seated for live TV at 7.30pm. Parking is available in the Davin Car Park. Dress Code: Semi Formal.
Birthday parties in the Field/Club House
This has proven very popular at the moment, so anyone looking to book a spot for a party, contact Dermot Gath or a committee member early to avoid disappointment.
Walking Track
A big thanks to all those who attended the field on Saturday last to finish off the walking track.
Liam Lyons Academy
The Liam Lyons academy will return to the hall for training at all grades in the next 2 weeks.
Leinster Hurling League.
Our U13s and U15s are participating in the Leinster hurling leagues. These will commence in mid- February, further details to follow.
